By using this website, purchasing or using a Purrfect Apps product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.

1. Our Products

Purrfect Apps provides digital applications, website tools, widgets, integrations and related software (“Apps”). Features and functionality may be updated or changed from time to time.

2. Digital Products & Payments

All products are delivered digitally. Payments may be processed through Wix or other payment providers we may use in the future.

Digital purchases are generally final once access or delivery has been provided. If an App has a genuine technical defect that prevents its advertised core functionality from working, please contact us so we can investigate and, where reasonably possible, provide a solution.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Licence & Intellectual Property

Purchasing an App gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the App, source code, designs, graphics, documentation or other intellectual property.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy or commercially distribute our Apps or their underlying components without our written permission.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you configure and use our Apps and for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms.

You are responsible for all content, images, text, rewards and other information you upload or display through an App.

Where an App collects information from your website visitors, you are responsible for that information, including providing appropriate privacy notices, obtaining any required consent, responding to privacy requests, and deleting information when required by applicable law.

5. Visitor Information

Information collected through an App installed on your website is stored and managed within your website environment and is under your control. You are responsible for managing and deleting that information as required by applicable law.

Purrfect Apps does not operate a central database of the visitor information collected through individual customer installations.

6. Third-Party Services & AI

Our Apps may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting services, payment providers, automation services or AI services. We cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality or compatibility.

AI-generated or automated results may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

7. Availability & Liability

Our Website and Apps are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purrfect Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, unauthorised redistribution or a material breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws, including POPIA where applicable.

10. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections applicable in your country.
